NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“Completed broken door spring repair on Siemens Dishwasher but only after the customer chased the arrival of the spare part after this item apparently went missing in the post !! Once another / duplicate spare part was ordered, the repair was promptly completed and the attending engineer was very helpful, polite and efficient. I would recommend hat NAC 'Chase' their own orders and not rely on the customer to contact them once a spare part arrives at their address. Surely, suppliers can be asked to confirm delivery of an item to NAC once the required spare part has arrived with customers. This would avoid uneccssary delays if an item goes 'Missing' in the post. Thank You.”

“Had a very loud noise during spin of my Miele W1 washing machine. Engineer arrived after 7pm (the cutoff) and still located the issue and ordered the spares. He, same engineer, arrived about a week later to fit and the problem was solved. However, he was originally not too confident the replacement parts would work as machine was too new to need them. I spoke to office and they agreed if they didn't work then they'd refund. In the end, all worked out and was cheaper than using Miele direct - which was £160 without parts - which were £180 as well. Couldn't fault and would definitely use again.”
