With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

“The engineer arrived during the time slot promised having phoned in advance to give us an accurate eta. He worked quickly and efficiently, no fuss, no mess. He explained the problem and showed us the faulty piece. He was out of the house within the hour. A very pleasant young man. We shall certainly use NAC and the local company GloTech Repairs Essex again.”

“Of course, my washing machine broke down just when I had put a load of bedlinen into it! NAC came to my rescue -- their engineer Aaron Wilson arrived punctually, and sorted out the problem very quickly, and also explained to me how to avoid scrambling the machine's brain in future.”

“Would definitely recommend using this company. The ice making part of my fridge freezer had stopped working. The engineer was punctual helpful and courteous. He diagnosed the fault, identified the part needed, and returned to fit the part once it had been ordered and received. It's easy to get through to the office team, who are also polite and helpful, and easy to book a convenient appointment.”

“Very good service . Kept up to date with arrival time and Engineer was excellent. My Washing machine unfortunately is too old and spare parts obsolete. However NAC sent an immediate e-mail with full information of the engineers findings and an explanation for not being able to make the repair. I would recomend this company.”

“Engineer attended within the time frame, rescued my clothes from inside the washer dryer and checked what was wrong with the machine. It wasa fault in the PCB (think that's what it's called). He tried to order but the one for that model is obsolete. However I was able to order a new washer dryer from ao.com complete with recycling the old model, as my clothes were no longer imprisoned inside the drum. The machine was at least 12 years old, so no fault of the engineer's that it couldn't be fixed. He was really nice, and cleared everything before leaving 👍😁”
