“I was totally satisfied with the service that I received. It was first class. I had a problem with my washing machine which had stopped working.. I called NAC at abou9.45am to see if they could come and look into the problem. Their service engineer (Adrian) arrived at my house at about 10.15am and found the problem very quickly. The machine needed a parts replacement which he fitted immediately and Adrian left me with a fully functioning washing machine. Adrian was extremely friendly and courteous.”

“Neil the repairs engineer came on time. He found it difficult to pull out the dishwasher but he persevered and completed the repair successfully. The work took over 90 mins but he didn't give up. Thank you.”

“Received excellent service from company by phone and very efficient service from engineer Aaron with the repair and installation of a new oven element. New element had to be ordered (ie.not the most popular oven range from a fully fitted kitchen !) and paid for before ordering, but Aaron returned to fit without any further call out charge. Very pleasant and efficient young man. Would not hesitate in using again.”
