NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Booked online on a Sunday so no next day, but came out Wednesday, diagnosed problem in a somewhat old Miele washing machine, had to take it back to the workshop and returned it fully repaired by Monday. Excellent and polite service.”

“My washing machine stopped draining and flooded my kitchen. Wayne communicated with me clearly about when he was arriving and managed to sort my broken pump within an hour. He put my washer back as it was and mopped up the water on my floor. Great service and I'd use NAC again even though I hope I don't have to.”

“The engineer kept in contact throughout. I had to reschedule which was accommodated with no issues. Turned up on time. Fixed the issue and charges were reasonable. In and out in 40 mins. Replaced appliance for me. Would recommend.”

Arrangements for ordering a part was straight forward and the engineer returned within a week to fit the new element. The whole process was professionally completed and all staff friendly and helpful.”

“I normally try my own repairs but could not find any tips online to repair a Beko American fridge/freezer. Even Beko offered no assistance. I thought it was a blocked drain hole but there was NO drain hole and online searches advised there wasn't one. NAC arranged for their engineer Dan, to come out and he seemed to know beforehand, what the problem was. It was a blocked HIDDEN drainhole and it was repaired in twenty minutes. It cost £93 which is possibly a little expensive but the alternative was £800 on a new unit. I would certainly recommend this company and their engineer Dan. Note - I knew the cost before the repair so no nasty shocks”
