I would like it known that your service was much better than I expected. These days a call centre environment leaves me with a sense that customer service is more based on fitting people into the company's restricted ways than actually solving their problems. I have to say that your company, NAC, was much better than that. Your call centre and automated messaging was appropriate and kept me informed of the visit times and job progress. Your engineer Ben was excellent, he solved an issue for us which Gaggenau themselves did not offer any help with at all. I tried two other local appliance repair places who either wouldn’t come to the job, or blankly said they couldn't help. Ben’s first visit provided us with a make-do solution, which could have worked. But he took the time to look up the required part and instructed the order through your head office. I was offered the replacement part at a decent price and the job completed as promised and very efficiently. This level of service is not common, believe you me. So, well done Ben for being the type of person to solve the issue fully, and well done NAC for putting the service structures in place to make all of that happen. You can tell I am very impressed by your approach to these repairs. The job was not a big one, it was to repair a knob and switch on a Gaggenau induction hob. Maybe the size of the job and the intricacy in having to think through a solution was what put others off, but your approach did the job. Please pass on my feedback to Ben, he is a very courteous, prompt, diligent and professional engineer, but exactly the right approach that customers need.

Prompt, efficient and courteous. It's impossible to know how long a repair will last, of course, but everything seems to be fine so far. The issues were clearly explained. The charges were made clear up front and were in line with expectations.

Our double oven developed a fault and we could not get the bottom oven to work. Contacted NAC who were very helpful and booked an engineer's visit for the next working day. A 4 hour window was given and the Engineer arrived with 10 minutes to spare - it would have helped if NAC had given an update from the Engineer detailing his expected arrival time during that window. When the Engineer arrived, the oven was working again. A repair was no longer needed. I asked the Engineer if the full charge for the visit still applied. He said that I should contact their Customer Services but he understood that if the fault recurred again within 3 months that I would be charged at half price? I expect NAC to follow up on the "appliance now working" report from the Engineer without the need to contact them direct and I am hoping for a reduction in the fee for what was a 2 minute visit by their "running late" Engineer. The Engineer was only with us for a couple of minutes

Efficient on site engineers supported by ‘could do better’ back office. Day1 Engage NAC Day 4 Engineer on site, needs to order part Day 10 Engineer back on site with part. Fitted job complete. Engineer appts are 4 hr window, needs to be better than that, say 1 hr window. NAC need to be more honest and upon paying for anything with them they should say “worst case you could be without a working appliance for 10 days” in this case I wouldn’t have used them.

Used NAC for a washing machine repair. The booking system was simple, though naively I'd hoped that having given a clear idea of the problem, the engineer might come with the appropriate part and do it all in one visit. However there was no real delay in ordering the part and him coming back to fit it. The first visit the engineer was late and I had to contact the company to be reassured he would be on his way.

Even though he was running very late the engineer still came on the day booked, very quickly diagnosed fault and repaired. Can't fault the service received. Not used the repaired appliance yet.

Good morning. Impressed with service. Visted requested at start of a w/e so wasn't expecting miracles, however engineer visit promised for following Monday. Nathan attended, having previously advised a shorter time slot and phoning at 20 mins out. Fault quickly diagnosed (blown heating element due to limescale build-up, causing ring main breaker on dis. board to trip out). Following day, advised part ordered, with expected deivery within 5 working days. We were contacted a few days later (Thurs or Fri of last week as I recall) and offered a visit to fit part yesterday(Monday). We requested visit after 10.00 am as we had a prior arrangement that couldn't be missed, however Nathan called about 8.15 to say he'd be with us in 5 minutes. He arrived, fitted part, tested appli. and was away in around 30 mins so we were able to keep our planned appontment with time to spare. Good result, many thanks. JS

Came out the next day, engineer phoned to get details so they could bring the likely part needed so they could repair immediately. Have used previously and would use again as they are efficient and reliable.
