NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. Whether it’s an extractor hood that’s stopped keeping the kitchen free of smells, or a tumble drying suffering a grinding noise as it spins, we can source the parts and an adept repairer to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

“The engineer was unable to repair the washing machine as the drum had completely collapsed, whereas we thought that - due to the awful noise while spinning - that it just required the bearings to be replaced .We therefore decided to buy a new machine and the engineer requested your office to provide us with details of machines that you had in stock, which they did promptly. We actually decided to buy a machine locally but cannot fault your engineer as he arrived promptly was very pleasant and fully explained the fault with our machine.We will definitely use your company in the future if we have problems with other domestic appliances”

“From start to finish very efficiently dealt with. The initial booking was easy. On the day I received a call from the engineer to give a more precise time of arrival. Upon arrival the fault was quickly diagnosed and rectified, no parts needed. Also the operational advise that came with it was very welcome. All in all great service, I would recommend. Thanks”
