“Great service, machine was fixed within an hour of the engineer arriving. He also showed me what had happened and how to avoid the same problem happening again. Would use again in future.”

“The engineer came, inspection completed, and immediately found the problem. It was too expensive to be repaired , so a new one on order.”

“A lack of information on the email after first, visit caused the wrong part to be ordered, after research by myself the correct part was ordered. However, when it arrived it was broken after speaking to the parts supplier they supplied a replacement part. The engineer who visited both times was very good, on time and very polite and he provided a good service. Pity NAC could not obtain the spare part for him to fit. Rating would have been higher if NAC had sourced the spare part.”

“'Your' engineer could not attend within 24 hours came on Friday, identified issue with oven, repair date set for Friday 29th, he didn't show up, i contacted number on his card, eventually i was told he had broken down, and would not be keeping his appt. I was asked to reschedule for Tuesday, I asked for him to come the next day Saturday, as website states if unable to repair on day would do following day. Female said no, I asked her to get the engineer to call me as he had done originally. He didn't I was referred to as rude, but surely the engineer was the epitomy of rudeness, failing to turn up or even notify his customer. Having taken £140 cash from me for parts, given no 10% discount as pensioners and failing to keep his appointment or even ringing me personally as I requested. Ignoring my telephone calls, failing to call back. Leaving me without a working oven for two weeks, while having taken money for parts, failing to keep appt. to fit parts or even let me know he wasn't coming until I ring his contact number. Of course I am totally dissatisfied with the service and out of pocket to add to the insult. Customer Service pitiable. Still waiting to find out if I will get any bang for my buck. Such as the repair I was promised by all parties. I will of course inform you eventually of what he said about using your service to start with.”

“Superb service. Phone calls answered promptly by a helpful person who immediately responded with a definite plan and appointment. This was for the next morning. Full information about timing of this visit and engineer arrived on time. Quick assessment of repair. Part required ordered immediately. Slight delay because of Christmas then repair successfully completed. A first class service.”

“Our dishwasher broke down days before Christmas. I rang up NAC and they responded straight away. A very professional repair man came first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was unrepairable, but he was very helpful on telling me which model to replace it with. We would use them again.”

“So I can't really rate it 5 stars as unfortunately the device could not be fixed. That said, Dan (Hereford based I believe) was brilliant. He was great at sorting a mutually convenient time, he was polite and friendly. He did an effective assessment of the faulty fridge freezer and rather than doing what would be an expensive half job that probably wouldn't last, he simply explained that there was nothing to be done. Obviously pretty disappointing but only due to the situation but not the service which was, in itself, excellent. Thank you”

“Engineer arrived at appointed time and was clean and tidy in appearance. He listened carefully to the issue and did what was needed in good time. He was careful to explain what was needed for a second repair and arranged for a quote which was provided in a timely manner. Would recommend.”
