NAC are providers of both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for domestic appliances (“white goods”) nationwide. We work with a network of qualified and experienced appliance engineers to provide premium levels of service at a reasonable cost.

With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

“I work myself in customer service so I know when a company is delivering on their promises and for NAC have done on this occasion. Nathan the engineer was excellent,explaining clearly what the problem was and providing a solution. He was open and honest with the timescales for getting the repair fixed which I preferred and he was extremely professional understanding and working around the house logistics as there were items everywhere with organising a house move and having a baby to look after,so we really needed this washing machine fixed and fair to say its working perfectly now.Thanks alot NAC”

“An excellent company who gave me a next day appointment. The engineer arrived promptly and after looking into my problem with a fridge freezer explained clearly what had broken and an estimate was texted within an hour of the cost of repair. Would definitely recommend you.”

“The response to my request for an engineer visit was swift and trouble free. Your engineer was polite, respectful of our property and very efficient. He explained the problem and what he needed to do to rectify it. He cleaned up after him and left the area as he had found it. “The service was really good. The guys came, identified the problem, I paid for the parts required, and then they came back to fix the new part. My only criticism is that the booking team never reached out to me re: my availability, so I would always have to contact them to rearrange.”

“NAC were, amazingly, able to arrange for someone to look at our dishwasher the following day. When they realised that that person was sick, they immediately connected me with the name of a different person. Daniel called me and advised when he would be with me. He rung to tell me he was running a bit late but still arrived at about 5.30 to assess the damage to the machine. Unfortunately, the machine was damaged beyond repair. They were thorough in their checks of the machine, pleasant, clean and tidy workers. I would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“I would have liked to give this a 5 star review because although they did a great job at the time, there was one more thing that still had to be completed (a new thermostat light) that required a new part. He ordered it while at my house and I paid for it then and there. He asked if it was OK to come back when he had another job in my neighbourhood rather than make a specific trip which I was fine about. To cut a long story short, it is now 9 months later and the job still hasn't been done (The oven of course functions without it but I don't have the light to let me know when the oven has reached the desired temperature I require). I am tired of not gettting a response from him. And angry that I bothered paying for that part.”

“I can be an awkward customer, but I could not find fault with NAC. Very good communication, none of this 'computers are slow today.' I had a fifteen year old oven with an unusual fault. The engineer had to do some research to find that the part had to be specially made. On day he was supposed to be fitting it he was ill. I got a call at 8am telling me, so I could replan my day. Very polite engineer who photoed his rewiring. Fixed price + parts no matter how many visits made it a good service and pedantic safety checks. Will use again and fully recommend. I couldn't moan if I tried!”
