“The Topper was brilliant to start with but it's support did fade after about three years. We have just replaced the mattress topper with the same one after 4 years with a brand new one. The difference is very pronounced. Much firmer, and giving much more support. I don't think it would have lasted for nearly 10 years. I am going to try and get a refund if possible. I still have proof of purchase from Amazon via Panda but didn't register the guarantee at the time.”

“Good quality, stays in place, and felt like good pressure relief but within days we both ended up with lower back ache that resolved when we stopped using it. Also by morning is a bit warm for us- seems to absorb and reflect back some body heat? Have started the returns process which hopefully will be honoured.”

“I bought a pillow and duvet from Costco 3days ago based on all the amazing reviews on getting an amazing nights sleep with the pillow and the duvet keeping you cool (female reviews). Sadly, I cannot say the same. The pillow has gone to my son and the duvet looks like it will be going back. It is the same tog as my previous duvet but definitely not keeping me cool as stated in previous reviews (read on Costco website). Love the environmental aspect, sadly products not for me”

“On first impressions, the hybrid memory foam pillow was great. A soft case covering what appeared to be a “deformable” (memory foam) yet supportive pillow. The excitement however waned over subsequent weeks. The pillow was simply too high, and unless you have a really heavy head, it does not depress sufficiently, resulting in unwelcome strain on the neck (excessive forward flexion when sleeping on the back, and towards the opposite shoulder when sleeping on the side). Basically, the hybrid pillow forced the spine to be curved at the neck/upper back region throughout the night. Not quite the “ideal” spinal alignment one hopes for when desiring a restful undisturbed sleep. Compared with traditionally shaped memory foam pillows, the panda hybrid pillow lacked an arched neck support. I was interested in giving this a go as the reviews were stellar, but clearly this was not one for me. The lack of a neck arch combined with the overly high pillow meant that any curving of the neck was further exacerbated. This pillow isn’t quite a one-size-fits-all, and given the difficulty with returning the item, is not one I would recommend for “trying out”. Additionally, the advertised hybrid system did not result in a cooler surface to sleep on. Certainly, it was neither warmer nor cooler compared with my regular memory foam pillow. It might not be worth the added cost over the non-hybrid version if this is the feature you’re keen on. Overall, if you are prone to neck problems, and require a specific “fit” in a pillow, I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’ve already tried it previously and know for certain it will work for you. I wanted to love this pillow, and required a replacement for my old memory foam, but alas, this was not meant to be, and not the “fuss-free” breakup as advertised by Panda.”

“If you want bedding that you have to fight every night to get the duvet back to the top of the duvet cover then this is the one.... even with them tied in the corners it just slips down and leaves you with a foot or 2 of just cover and no duvet in it. Sure its soft and I've had good nights sleeps but the faff of getting the duvet to move back to where it should be is a pain. It seems to have not shrunk like it said and the mattress fitted sheet is too lose aswell. Maybe just super king size issues”

“I suffer with chronic pain and got the pillows and mattress topper. The topper is great the pillows not so good. They start of firm and they become too soft for resting my back I have to add an extra cushion as well as using the two pillows. I was disappointed.”

“The mattress topper is comfortable but honestly not worth the hassle of changing the cover that comes with it. Trying to put the cover back on the foam after a wash requires a degree in engineering, if you don't fit it in exactly as it's meant to go then the topper will fold in on itself within the sheet. To get it to fit is a nightmare as the foam is quite tacky and sticks to the sheet. Took my wife and I a good 20 minutes to get it right. Honestly if we were still in the 30 day trial period I'd be sending it back.”

“Bought mattress topper 12 months ago. Topper is very comfortable but unfortunately does cause overheating and so I tend to wake several times a night ans so although has helped with joint pains , overall has worsened my sleep experience .”

“I feel like an idiot for buying bamboo-linen sheets from this company. The sheets are terrible - thin, releasing tons of tiny threads, unpleasant texture, and after five days sleeping on fresh sheets, I started getting itchy unclean eyes. I think microbes thrive on these bamboo sheets much more than the cotton I normally use. The pillow cases open in the middle so you can only use one side of them. Who wants that?? The sheets were so expensive and on top of everything, washing instructions say to use cold water and delicate cycle only! For bedding, that is disgusting. I think I was misled by all the glowing reviews for the topper and pillow. I also bought a bath mat and I’m happy with it. I love crisp sheets and a nice bed, can’t believe I spent so much money on such a poor set of sheets.”

We recommend washing the Bamboo and French Linen (a cold wash is 30c and a short spin is fine) plus this also develops texture however there should not be too many threads being released/not attached. Bamboo is inhospitalable to microbes due to its natural qualities so this sets the material apart from cotton. “I bought the topper before Xmas and at first it was very comfortable. However having it only a month it has sagged in the middle and im back to having the most painful of back aches, i also find that despite saying it keeps you cool I often get quite warm and sweat with it. The non-slip nature does mean that you, the sheet and the duvet tend to get stuck to it. I was very comfortable when I first got it and I slept well but I'm disappointed at how quickly that has changed.”

“I bought the mattress in January as I have been suffering with a bad lower back and thought this would help. The next morning I woke up in agony but thought I had to give it a few weeks trial, it only got worse and finally had to take it off and my backs getting better. I’m sure if you don’t suffer from a bad back it’s very comfy but not for me. My main disappointment is that Panda don’t offer a longer free trial period as a month is not long enough, especially compared to its competitors. I now have a king size mattress topper taking up room which I can’t sell and don’t want to throw away!”
