“Have just unrolled topper but not slept on it yet It has plumped up better than I had hoped, considering how flat it was packaged I’m a side sleeper, so hoping for a good pain free sleep Mattress topper seems of good quality and has puffed out the cover to capacity”

“I ordered a pillow, duvet and bedding set. I'm really pleased with them all. I made 2 separate orders, the first order was delivered without any issues and arrived really quickly. I also ordered a fitted sheet in error. The return and refund was quick and easy. The only issue I had was the delivery company on the second order who sent many confusing and contradictory messages. Jonathan from customer services was extremely helpful and polite and looked into the issue. This feels like a really caring company to order from.”

“The Panda Bamboo pillow is much smaller than a standard pillow, and will not fit standard pillowcases. This information is not easily accessible on the website, you have to really search for it. Very disappointed and will be returning the pillows and pillowcases. Panda do not sell pillowcases to fit, and you won't be able to buy pillowcases to fit elsewhere. Panda say people usually don't use a pillowcase. I disagree, that's not really practical long term. If this information had been clearer I wouldn't have wasted my time with this purchase and now return. I'm posting a review so that others can be aware of this.”

We designed the Panda Pillow to be the optimal height, size and comfort after carrying out extensive research into sleep. To avoid overheating, we also ensured the third generation memory foam was utilised correctly and properly. The Panda Pillow has its own removable and washable cover. We recently launched the Hybrid Pillow, which is larger, plus has additional technical features to enhance breathability. “What has happen to these pillows? I bought one of these pillows last year and despite my original uncertainties I stuck with it and it has proved to be a comfortable and supportive pillow. I decided to order another specifically based on the experience of this pillow but the new pillow is very different. It’s much softer and less supportive. It’s feels inferior to my original pillow - why?”
