“I had an issue with my memory foam topper and although in the end I decided not to go through the return & replacement process the lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. It's reassuring to know there are options if you're not 100% happy with your order. I've now registered the topper for my 10 year guarantee and looking forward to getting the memory foam pillows as well!”

“I love Panda pillows! Best night’s sleep ever. I’m trying the hybrid memory foam and bamboo pillow this time. I didn’t register my first 2 pillows for lifetime guarantee, so couldn’t follow up. This time I’ve registered them and I’m going to try to care for them better, to get the most out of them.”

“Very efficient service, the mattress topper arrived the next day.We have slept on this for 2 nights.I have found it very comfortable but my husband has complained of backache. I would also like to purchase a mattress for our other bed but my husband is reluctant. Your mattresses state that they are medium to firm,where as we would like a medium to soft.”

“The mattress topper arrived in recyclable packaging, which is a big plus! At first glance, it looks well-made and feels cozy and comfortable. However, after registering for the 10-year warranty, I haven't received a confirmation email, which is a bit concerning. This happened with a couple of other registered products as well, had to contact customer service. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the product’s initial quality and comfort level.”
