“The first order from Costco on 02/06/2024 did not arrive - 15503166116641K. I contacted Costco who did a great job of sorting this out ref 16713167 and a mattress topper arrived on 12/06/2024 ref 1550 3166 118 127 O. So far so good, but only used one night as I had to leave it to expand as per the leaflet.”

“The service and delivery was amazingly good. Yes there was a strange smell at first but that is wearing off . It is soft but I am quite light and therefore don't sink into it I guess. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.”
