Good service and fulfilment and easy return and refund of product. Bamboo mattress protector was described as ‘silent’ and was not. Annoying waste of time and resources.

The pillow arrived very promptly. Unfortunately I needed to returned it as it was too high for me and increased my neck pain. Upon requesting a return I was told due to high demand that I shall need to wait but someone will get back to be. I month or so later I followed this up but no action taken. Nearly 4 months later I still have a boxed up pillow with no refund. Very disappointed in the company.

The wrong item was delivered. I contacted the company and received no response, I then chased using the online chat and received an email. Once I responded to the email, again there was no response and I had to chase again. A return label was provided after several weeks but I'm still waiting for a refund. I can't comment on the product as it was never used but the customer service from Panda is abysmal.

The bedding are very poor the closing. Buttons do not work properly - the duvet and the pillow is great but no the beddings.
I am sorry for this but I want a refund on the bedding cover . The flat sheet is fine. The duvet cover is poor

Unfortunately my pillow ordered from Panda Life never turned up and there seemed to be very little Panda could do to help. I was initially told another pillow had been dispatched. This turned out to be false information. I cancelled my order (and was given a prompt refund). I ordered the same product via Amazon and it arrived no problem. The pillow is very firm but I do think it is helping with my neck pain.

I asked for a refund due to this design defect I haven’t even had an acknowledgement of my request letter

I bought a Double Duvet. It was hot and uncomfortable. Pandas advice was to wash it ! Who has the facility to wash it, however, it wasn’t eligible to a refund as I had used it.
Not impressed.
