After lots of research went with this topper, not disappointed. Quick delivery. Good price. Fits the bed well. Very comfortable and supportive. No smell. Wish I'd bought it sooner. My existing firm mattress was needed pre hip replacement became but too firm after. This has saved buying a new mattress and now supports all my joints well. At last a god night's sleep! Thank you Panda!

Speedy delivery, easy ordering. Tried it out and it’s glorious. Our current mattress is too firm as a side sleeper for me so I was waking up with sore hips and back and in a lot of discomfort. Time will tell, but it’s so comfortable, doesn’t feel too hot and is a good thickness.

Returns Process - Difficult

Good quality, stays in place, and felt like good pressure relief but within days we both ended up with lower back ache that resolved when we stopped using it. Also by morning is a bit warm for us- seems to absorb and reflect back some body heat? Have started the returns process which hopefully will be honoured.

So I decided to send it back through there returns portal to which they told me I couldn’t return it as it was over the specified time! I then had to ring them and explain it had only been three days and was told not to worry they would email me by the end of the day with a returns label - guess what - nothing, so the following day I had to live chat to which it was finally sorted.
