Very, very, very happy with this topper. Initially purchased a cheap one off eBay which was horrible and I returned. This one is more expensive but it's a very good quality one for the price in my opinion. It's been cushioning my joints nicely. I have found that laying an old feather filled duvet over the topper removes any overheating issues for me.

Products bought are well packaged and seem of good quality but only time will tell. Not used the product yet to provide full review but had significant issues with the delivery and communication which delayed delivery and caused some inconvenience.

Returns Process - Difficult

Good quality, stays in place, and felt like good pressure relief but within days we both ended up with lower back ache that resolved when we stopped using it. Also by morning is a bit warm for us- seems to absorb and reflect back some body heat? Have started the returns process which hopefully will be honoured.

So I decided to send it back through there returns portal to which they told me I couldn’t return it as it was over the specified time! I then had to ring them and explain it had only been three days and was told not to worry they would email me by the end of the day with a returns label - guess what - nothing, so the following day I had to live chat to which it was finally sorted.

I am still fighting for my full refund! I do not want a replacement now as that time has now passed! Nor would I recommend you.

Good service and fulfilment and easy return and refund of product. Bamboo mattress protector was described as ‘silent’ and was not. Annoying waste of time and resources.
