Smooth process from order to delivery and my daughter says the topper is very comfortable- she says it initially feels firm then she sinks into it a bit and it’s lovely.

Amazing delivery - no smell on unboxing, feels soft but hard to say yet as just unboxed. Has deep ridges but hope they will go down as promised in instructions.

Good quality, stays in place, and felt like good pressure relief but within days we both ended up with lower back ache that resolved when we stopped using it. Also by morning is a bit warm for us- seems to absorb and reflect back some body heat? Have started the returns process which hopefully will be honoured.

So I decided to send it back through there returns portal to which they told me I couldn’t return it as it was over the specified time! I then had to ring them and explain it had only been three days and was told not to worry they would email me by the end of the day with a returns label - guess what - nothing, so the following day I had to live chat to which it was finally sorted.
