“I have given only 4 stars because I've only just received my Panda mattress topper.....it's currently progressing through its 12 hour 'expansion cycle' upstairs! So I cannot yet comment on its comfort, but the 'next day' delivery promise proved correct (even though I ordered it on a Sunday), and the service I have experienced so far has totally efficient.”

“Arrived quickly. Really surprised how heavy the box was! Compacted into box but really impressed how it sprang into life. I have been having severe hip,knee and ankle problems and have been struggling to sleep because of the pain. I do have a mattress topper on but it’s of very little use and very hot. Fingers crossed that this will help with my sleep. It certainly feels so much more comfortable than the other one.”

“The first order from Costco on 02/06/2024 did not arrive - 15503166116641K. I contacted Costco who did a great job of sorting this out ref 16713167 and a mattress topper arrived on 12/06/2024 ref 1550 3166 118 127 O. So far so good, but only used one night as I had to leave it to expand as per the leaflet.”

“Many years ago I was searching for a high quality duvet. Being fed up buying what I thought were good quality from name brands, I came across Panda. After doing my research I decided to buy my first Panda product, king size duvet, comfortable with knowing there was a full money back guarantee I bought it directly from Panda and I have to say it that I love my Panda duvet. The filling doesn't shift and become all uneven, it is quilted keeping the insulation in place and it's both comfortable all year round. So I decided to buy their hybrid pillow after being fed up for years trying all sorts of makes with no luck with comfort and quality. I've tried geese down pillows, memory foam pillows and regular pillows all were either uncomfortable or became lumpy after the filling bunched up. After several days of using my Panda Hybrid pillow, I have to say it's another quality product from them and to back a pillow with a 10 year guarantee? Well, that just shows how confident they are about their product. Would I recommend? Yep because it's so good, I think I'm going to buy a few more. Thanks Panda!”

“Having researched mattress toppers fully I settled on this one. It is amazing! It arrived the day after I ordered it. I opened it carefully being prepared for a distasteful smell as warned on the packaging. There was no smell. Happy days. I laid it on my bed for 12 hours as recommended and then put it under the sheet after the 12 hours. Several of my family members in the house tried to climb aboard prior to the 12 hours being completed, but I managed to stop them (cat included). I could not wait to get into bed last night...................now I can give you my feedback. Ease of ordering 10/10 On time delivery - 10/10 Comfort rating - 10/10 OMG it is so comfortable - my bed has been destroying my back for 4 years, but this morning I awoke without back pain for the first time in years. I slept on my side, my back and my front and was comfortable in all positions. Support 10/10 - I weigh 72kg and it supported me perfectly. Not sure whether there is a weight limit for the mattress topper, but I would imagine there could be. Temperature - 7/10 It did make me a lot warmer in bed, so I will switch to a lighter tog quilt today as I woke several times in the night needing to throw of the covers as I was overheating. That can be resolved easily though by changing your quilt tog so don't let this put you off. So happy I made this choice and looking forward to going to bed now, when I was dreading it before. I would wake up hourly with hip and back pain and crawl out of bed like an old woman in the morning. It has taken me a long time to realise it was the mattress causing the back pain. (The mattress was my husband's choice and is perfect for his back, just not mine). My half of the bed now has the mattress topper on it and his remains as is. You can barely notice when the duvet is on and it did not worry him having me 5cm higher in the bed as when I laid on the topper I sank into it and was not that high. Cheaper than buying a custom made mattress or two single different mattresses to push together. All in all I am thrilled.”
