“The website and telephone help-line were both good to excellent, so was the quick arrival of the mattress topper. It solved the problem of a new too-firm mattress as I needed it to. However I should have been glad to get something with a bit more resistance although the video demonstration was the give-away; I found it hard to believe that anyone would want anything so squishy. Having since read the cleaning instructions, which are a bit daunting, as well as wanting more resistance I have now introduced a double cotton duvet cover between the topper and my sheet and that works pretty well, well enough for me not to return the topper. In due course, when the mattress beds in properly, I am hoping to do without the topper at all. I find it comfortable in warmer weather.”

“Transitioning from a standard memory foam pillow to a panda memory foam pillow was abit hard as it went from sturdy to very soft but it’s been a week and I’m getting used to it now! Very nice sleep and neck feels good too.”

“Bought a new mattress years ago and had a bad back ever since. Was reluctant to buy a new mattress as I might end up in exactly the same position and mattresses are expensive. “Very sceptical about the benefit of this expensive topper. However being forced to sleep in our guest bed for a few weeks I wondered how our guests managed without complaint. So hard and uncomfortable. This Panda topper was amazing! Immediately a really good night's sleep. Only one slight drawback...the friction between the covering sheet and the topper cover means it's hard to get the sheet crease-free.”

“I have had a Panda mattress topper for a few years and it really helps reduce joint pain on knees and hips. When I removed the cover to wash it, in bright sunlight,I realised the foam has discoloured all down the centre. I guess with perspiration,so have just bought another. But it is much thinner foam than my original one. I haven’t tried it on the bed yet but I’m worried it might not be so good.”
