“The mattress has started shedding small white strands of bamboo that entangle themselves in the duvet cover which makes it a mess to then clean. For such a "premium" product I would have expected a better quality. I'll hold onto this one due to the sunk cost but won't be getting another one anytime soon!”

“Purchased a King size Panda Topper in January 2021 and after 4 sleeps it dipped IN THE MIDDLE! I’m not overweight and move to different sides of bed as I sleep alone, I only sleep in this bed as it’s my sanctuary when my husband snores! Therefore I was more than surprised and disappointed that the Topper had dipped. Topper was returned and replaced swiftly with no bother. Replacement Panda Topper arrived 29 January 2021 after a few sleeps same again it has DIPPED IN THE MIDDLE! I haven’t bothered to return the topper as even though it has dipped and has NO SUPPORT in that area I move to different parts of the bed to sleep and it’s better than sleeping on just the mattress which is too soft. Maybe the Topper would work better on a hard mattress, who knows! Would I recommend NO.”

“I have been trying to find the perfect pillow. I'm still trying. I had hoped Panda would be the answer. This pillow does not stay cool. During the night my head is hot. I am still searching for a pillow that keeps my head cool.”

“Initially the panda Topper was amazing, I felt that it was really holding my up but also soft at the same time, just what i wanted. My trial period was coming to an end and i thought yes that's fine I'm gunna keep this. Now a couple months in, the topper has gone quite soft. It doesn't spring back up as much it used to and just goes completely flat onfe your laying on it for a couple hours and I just know it won't last long. It's just convenient that the trial is over. It's just a selling point i think. I had heard alot about panda but unfortunately it didn't live upto it's name. My my panda topper arrived the cover was damaged and panda was quick to send a new one. Can't complain about the customer service.”

“Single bed topper. Ordered well before xmas and didn't receive until i started chasing it up mid January when i was told that it was out of stock. Then to add insult to injury the Carrier 'lost' the delivery but i was not informed. Product great - the only criticism i have is the securing straps are not big enough for a 36cm deep mattress so as i have to spend a lot of time in bed sat up the topper slowly slides down.”

“Purchased a duvet cover set, it definitely has the luxurious feel of silk, however, difficult to keep duvet inside centralised as the fabric is very slippy. Also did not was well, darker staining from natural sweat marks plus the button fastenings at the bottom ripped during washing as the fabric is quite delicate, press studs would have been a more practical option. Overall it was disappointing sadly. The duvet however is fantastic.”

“I found the topper to be a little more comfortable than my mattress, not as much of a difference as I had hoped for though. It is far too hot for me to sleep on unfortunately, even on the cold nights in winter it makes me sweat profusely. I tried it for a couple of weeks and have now just put it in the spare room. I should have returned it but couldn't be bothered in the end. Another waste of money from a Facebook ad, I'm building quite a collection now, I really should stop being so gullible!!”

“Duvets great but the quality of the matress protector is not good. First time I put it on bed after being washed I noticed the stitching coming away In three places, not expected from an expensive product.”

“I wanted to love this. And I’ve tried. I’ve waited almost 2 months to post a review. The material is lovely and soft and exactly what I was looking for. However the buttons were too large for the holes. Customer service told me to wait awhile for the holes to stretch. I read that the bedding shrinks up to 4% to fit the bed but the now I need to wait for the button holes to loosen. It’s annoying that my duvet now falls out of the cover and every morning I’m stuffing it back in. For the cost of these sheets, this shouldn’t be the case. I’ve now washed the bedding at least 6 times and hung dry and they still don’t fit through the holes. I’m disappointed.”

“As a material it is excellent but as they are a seller they are including a UK VAT in the prices even when they ship out side Europe and also if you have multiple orders they will charge you a shipping cost for each order but at the end they will combine all your orders in one shipping parcel .”

“I absolutely love my Panda products however I found the customer service a little disappointing. A number of things went wrong with my order, missing items + damaged items, and although the issues were sorted in the end the customer service throughout wasn't particularly warm. Which is a real shame as the products are fantastic!”

“Disapointed about the eco credentials. Only 40% bamboo in the outer case. But the amount of unneeded packaging. From over complecated cardboard box to 2 plastic bags and pointless labels. As for the pillow , not too firm as some reveiwers mentioned . Compression is too much. After a few hours i find my neck is sore and it wakes me up. Think the pillow is too thin for side sleepers. Ive found if i put an old , thin pillow under the panda one it seems to solve the problem. But unfortunatly these move through the night and becomes uncomfortable. I bought 2 panda pillows , but because of the above mentioned failings, ive thrown the second away. Offer the pillows in different thicknesses then you might have product worthy of the high price. I could not recommend this product.”
