“I wanted to place my order by phone rather than on line it was also a way to check if I actually could speak to someone, although it did take a few attempts they did phone me back when I left a message and quite promptly. Unfortunately I didn't receive a reference number but have registered my 10 year guarantee which if needed it will be honoured.”

“Very pleased no issues thus far”

“This topper has really increased my quality of sleep and improved the comfort of my bed. It does take a few days to fluff up full and the package smell does linger for about a week however lots of air during the day and this wasn't really a problem for me esp. when i just wanted a comfy and good nights sleep. Great value and fab that it comes with a 10 year guarantee.”

“The website and telephone help-line were both good to excellent, so was the quick arrival of the mattress topper. It solved the problem of a new too-firm mattress as I needed it to. However I should have been glad to get something with a bit more resistance although the video demonstration was the give-away; I found it hard to believe that anyone would want anything so squishy. Having since read the cleaning instructions, which are a bit daunting, as well as wanting more resistance I have now introduced a double cotton duvet cover between the topper and my sheet and that works pretty well, well enough for me not to return the topper. In due course, when the mattress beds in properly, I am hoping to do without the topper at all. I find it comfortable in warmer weather.”

“I have given only 4 stars because I've only just received my Panda mattress topper.....it's currently progressing through its 12 hour 'expansion cycle' upstairs! So I cannot yet comment on its comfort, but the 'next day' delivery promise proved correct (even though I ordered it on a Sunday), and the service I have experienced so far has totally efficient.”
