“very happy with the speed of delivery, even to a Scottish Island, the quality of the topper and last but not least the comfort. the only slight disappointment was the wrapping was plastic (recyclable??) and not the craft paper as it suggested on the accompanying leaflet. I do, however, wonder how it would have been possible to wrap this product in just kraft paper.”

Thank you for your feedback and review, we appreciate it. We use LDPE plastic which is recyclable and biodegradable - setting us apart from other many other businesses. It is there to protect the product, especially as our product is hypoallergenic and has to be protected from dust and it is also used to ensure the product can be vacuum packed into smaller sizes. This reduces our carbon footprint as it means less space is required to transport the products. It also means customers can see the product and feel the firmness of it through the LDPE without causing any damage. Memory foam is sensitive to water so the LDPE is there to ensure no moisture goes through in the event that our Kraft paper recycled packaging is damaged in transit. “Bamboo mattress topper was reasonably priced as far as i can tell, it appears to be very good quality although at time of writing this i havent slept on it yet as i have to leave it for 12-16 hours to fully expand before using it. Im looking forward to it.”

“The topper is wonderful! Slept on it for 4 nights now and it has transformed our nights sleep. So comfy! Husband no longer waking with pins & needles in his shoulder and arm. Plus Panda customer service is outstanding! Had a couple of online chats with questions about the hybrid pillow which were answered promptly. Also I ordered the topper from Panda's site through the Topcashback site and my purchase wasn't tracked. I asked Panda to check for me at their end and there had been a glitch with Topcashback. Resolved immediately with a refund promised for the £8 difference hopefully going back into my account in the next day or so. Just taken delivery of the pillow so fingers crossed I'm going to love it as much as the topper. As for the topper, if you're considering it, don't hesitate, just get one, it's brilliant!”
