“Bought the mattress topper for my aging mother who was having problems with her back and hips. The product arrived promptly and was well packaged. There was no "unique" smell with the mattress and the instructions were easy to follow. The topper has only been used twice but my mother states that she has had the best 2 nights sleep for a very long time. I have now ordered another topper, for my sons' bed, to upgrade his current mattress. Thank you. Would recommend this product.”

“My partner bought one of these matresses advertised recently on tv...he was taken in by the adverts claim of these wonderful foam springs would make sleep so comfortable you'd wake so refreshed..unfortunately he wasnt sure if he had it on trial or not...so he didn't do anything about it just kept suffering it hoping it would improve... well I can say left to me the matress would have gone back after a week...it was medium support and I woke feeling absolutely bruised on the side I had lay...and I am not sure if a matress can affect the neck area but I have been plagued with neck pain ever since the new matress and also a sore head on the side I lie !!!...also my partner's back disc problems were worsened..however I just couldn't face another day sleeping on that contraption called a matress out of desperation...so I bought a Panda matress topper thinking I was EXPECTING FAR TOO MUCH from any topper with the discomfort we were going through having paid an extortionate price on this ridiculous matress!! Well the topper came promptly and packaged beautifully no horrible smell as with the matress and with a beautiful cover and its been a TRUE MIRACLE it's like sinking into a fluffy cloud...I can't THANK Panda enough...Iife's been busy so time has rolled on so I'm not sure when I bought it but it seems ages ago and it's as fluffy and embracing as it was from day one...it's been a life saver....so definitely 5 stars from me...although my neck hasn't improved but I still feel that's the odd feeling of the level of lieing on the matress which seems to throw the head out of balance? so as I can't find a pillow to correct this I intend once Christmas is over to order a Panda pillow on 30 day trial and can't wait until I can afford to order it....*****Panda is Excellent in every way from ordering delivering and product quality *****”

“very happy with the speed of delivery, even to a Scottish Island, the quality of the topper and last but not least the comfort. the only slight disappointment was the wrapping was plastic (recyclable??) and not the craft paper as it suggested on the accompanying leaflet. I do, however, wonder how it would have been possible to wrap this product in just kraft paper.”

Thank you for your feedback and review, we appreciate it. We use LDPE plastic which is recyclable and biodegradable - setting us apart from other many other businesses. It is there to protect the product, especially as our product is hypoallergenic and has to be protected from dust and it is also used to ensure the product can be vacuum packed into smaller sizes. This reduces our carbon footprint as it means less space is required to transport the products. It also means customers can see the product and feel the firmness of it through the LDPE without causing any damage. Memory foam is sensitive to water so the LDPE is there to ensure no moisture goes through in the event that our Kraft paper recycled packaging is damaged in transit.
