“very happy with the speed of delivery, even to a Scottish Island, the quality of the topper and last but not least the comfort. the only slight disappointment was the wrapping was plastic (recyclable??) and not the craft paper as it suggested on the accompanying leaflet. I do, however, wonder how it would have been possible to wrap this product in just kraft paper.”

Thank you for your feedback and review, we appreciate it. We use LDPE plastic which is recyclable and biodegradable - setting us apart from other many other businesses. It is there to protect the product, especially as our product is hypoallergenic and has to be protected from dust and it is also used to ensure the product can be vacuum packed into smaller sizes. This reduces our carbon footprint as it means less space is required to transport the products. It also means customers can see the product and feel the firmness of it through the LDPE without causing any damage. Memory foam is sensitive to water so the LDPE is there to ensure no moisture goes through in the event that our Kraft paper recycled packaging is damaged in transit. “G treat mattress topper- made a big difference with our firm mattress. We were going to throw out a new but uncomfortable mattress but this topper saved us money and waste of a mattress. Straps at corners means it stays put as well”
