“Excellent customer experience from ordering to receipt of my bamboo memory foam mattress topper. The topper settled well after being left for 16hrs as recommended, though it was difficult waiting 😀. I've only been using it for 2 nights and it is blissfully comfortable, with fabulous support for me as a side sleeper and I have had far less pain from my arthritis already. I would definitely recommend Panda London, 5* service and excellent customer service with a free 10 year warranty as the cherry on the top.”

“I had an issue with my memory foam topper and although in the end I decided not to go through the return & replacement process the lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. It's reassuring to know there are options if you're not 100% happy with your order. I've now registered the topper for my 10 year guarantee and looking forward to getting the memory foam pillows as well!”

“I love Panda pillows! Best night’s sleep ever. I’m trying the hybrid memory foam and bamboo pillow this time. I didn’t register my first 2 pillows for lifetime guarantee, so couldn’t follow up. This time I’ve registered them and I’m going to try to care for them better, to get the most out of them.”

“Very efficient service, the mattress topper arrived the next day.We have slept on this for 2 nights.I have found it very comfortable but my husband has complained of backache. I would also like to purchase a mattress for our other bed but my husband is reluctant. Your mattresses state that they are medium to firm,where as we would like a medium to soft.”
