“We first used Malcolm when we were living overseas and returning to live in the UK. We had great difficulties finding a mortgage as we had been out of the UK for some time. Malcolm and his team were very knowledgeable, understanding and extremely patient. He was our link to the UK and enabled us to get back on the UK property ladder. That was 4 years ago, and when we were thinking about moving house again this year, Malcolm was the first person I called. When you're getting good, reliable financial advice, why go to somebody else?”

“In working with the UK Moneyman since 2010, we have found Malcolm Davidson and his team to be knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and trustworthy. After being introduced to Malcolm, he first directed us to his web site, which is an excellent one stop resource for all information anyone might need in considering property investment. We then met with Malcolm again, at which time we reviewed our complete financial status together, and after a few days, Malcolm came back and presented us with his advice and options for our consideration. Having decided that property investment was for us, Malcolm guided my wife and I every step of the way through the process of our first investment. With Malcolm's help, we have made several investments since that time and will continue to do so in the future. Malcolm always conductes himself in a professional, respectful and yet friendly manor. At no time are we ever made to feel under any sort of pressure or obligation to proceed with any particular investment. “When needing some advice on a recent mortgage review as our fixed rate was coming to an end UK Moneyman Ltd gave us the advice and guidance needed to get us the best deal possible and saved us money!!
