“I had 4/5 contacts and quotes. I asked one to do the job but did not hear any more. One was very rough, and quite expensive, being an old lonely woman he scared me. The final one, who did the job, gave me a written quote which he stuck to despite a lot of work to correct the previous "roofer's" demolition job.”
