“From the very first contact with Mark through to the delivery of our fabulous cake to our door, My Baker offered the kind of experience everyone should have when making an important purchase decision of any kind. Excellent communication, ease of ordering and customer service took all the worry away and we received a vegan / gf cake guests at my husband’s 70th birthday party are still talking about. How the baker created what she did I have no idea….stunning to look at and simply wonderful to eat - the cake really did cement the event! Can’t thank My Baker enough….”

“I requested for a half cake for my 6 month old baby as a Half way to One cake. Mark at My Baker has been absolutely brilliant with handling my query from the first day. They were able to fulfill my order within a very short period of time - only one weeks notice! Despite several attempts to try and make this cake for us successfully, all efforts were put it to ensure we had a cake in the end. 5 star service for all customer service, communication and the cake! The cake turned out perfect. And the cherry on the cake was the delivery of the cake! (Pun intended). Will always be using them for all my cake needs”

“Absolutely stunning cake and probably the most delicious cake I've ever had. The delivery was excellent and the communication was great. It was my wife's 30th Birthday and she is Vegan, so hunting for the right cake is always hard work... but you made it so easy. She loved her cake and so did all of our party guests. “I ordered a birthday cake for my 70th birthday months before the event. On the allotted day the cake arrived, on time and in perfect condition. Two days later, the party day, the cake was still perfecto. Looked the part, tasted even better. Three scrumptious layers or salted caramel with just the right amount of buttercream filling. Really moist and fed 30 people with ease and enough left for party bags. Would definitely recommend ‘My Baker’ on all levels.”

“Absolutely stunning. So pleased with the cake I received for my Birthday. Went for the vegan ‘when life gives you lemons’ cake. The flavour was stunning and it looked beautiful! Just the right amount of sweetness and sharp from the lemon. So impressed with the delivery also. The representative who delivered the cake gave us instructions and was extremely friendly and smiley. “My Baker to the rescue! We were let down by a supplier the day before our daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I spoke to Mark who could not have been more helpful. It would have been tight to get the order made and delivered in time for her party, but they managed it and with hours to spare. On top of that, the cake was stunning and absolutely delicious. “Hello, Just wanted to say, I set Mark and his Bakers a really tough challenge! To make a replica of a bowling wood. It needed to be accurate and large enough to feed 50 people. And boy did the team deliver! I was literally taken aback when it was delivered to me! It was truly amazing! Both in the way it looked and the way it tasted. Everyone at my fathers 80th birthday were literally bowled over! Thank you so much for your help, creativity and professionalism! “This is my 5th time ordering a bespoke cake from My Baker and they did not disappoint. Mark is fantastic and always quick to respond to any queries. Delivery was prompt as the cake was well packaged so nothing was damaged when we reached the venue. This time we went for red velvet and it was delicious! “I live in the UAE. I wanted to surprise my daughter who lives in London by recreating her 2year old Barbie cake. I searched on the net and was lucky to find mybaker. I emailed Mybaker and Mark promptly replied. My daughter was surprised with a beautiful delicious Barbie Cake. The flavor was salted caramel, all her friends just loved it. The cake was delivered promptly on time even though it was ordered just 2 days prior. Thank you, Mark the cake was even better, than the original.”

Ordered cake for my LO first birthday and everyone said it’s the first birthday cake that was so moist and not too sweet bcoz of the heavy icing for custom cakes.
