“Thank you Laura N for a lovely cake! I ordered one very last minuite and was worried as i didnt have any pictures to show what they may look like. But the description she gave me was perfect. The cake on the day was better then anything i could imagine and ticked all the boxes. It was even topped off with the perfect topper with the birthday girls name! Thank you so much Laura. It was delicious too!”

“I ordered a couple of Rainbow Cakes from My Baker. The cakes arrived, looked amazing and tasted delicious. The sponge was moist the icing had just the right amount of sweetness and the cakes looked stunning. There was one small problem, they omitted to include a couple of toppers I requested. I contacted My Baker to inform them of this and Noreen was wonderful, she apologised about the mix up and offered to send us an additional cake of our choice to make up for the error. They really didn't need to offer such compensation, but they did!!!! The extra cake was chocolate and vanilla and tasted as equally good as the Rainbow Cakes. I would definitely go back to My Baker as they were just brilliant!!!!!!”

“This is a top notch company! Customer service is outstanding! I contacted My Baker to help me from the United States as my daughter was celebrating her 20th birthday on a study abroad in London. Since we couldn’t spend it with her, we wanted her to at least have a cake to celebrate with her friends. Manisha contacted me right away and was consistently in touch with me throughout the entire process, right up to the delivery! My daughter was thrilled to receive such a beautiful cake and it was delicious! I can’t thank this company enough for helping our family all the way in America! Manisha is to be commended for her professionalism as well as her sincerity and thoughtfulness! I would use My Baker again in a heartbeat!”
