“We ordered a gorgeous semi-naked two-tier cake for a close friend. Rather than pink, we went for black roses; when the cake arrived it was absolutely gorgeous! The taste was amazing, it arrived exactly when expected! I can't fault the customer service either, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I used the chat function and always had a speedy response. I'm holding my 1 year wedding anniversary on Saturday and I will definitely be ordering a cake tonight!”

“I am one of those people who rarely leave reviews, even if something is good. But I have to say the cake I ordered for my partners birthday was excellent. The delivery was on time and exactly as ordered with lovely flowers and macaroons. Simply stunning and really well received. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.”

“Thank you so much for the lovely cake! My Baker went above and beyond to help ensure that I am getting the perfect cake for my friend’s baby shower. Not only I got the cake I asked for, but also arrived with a small kit in case the buttercream needed touch up. We didn’t need to use it but these small details and their responsiveness through the process makes me look forward to the next event to get their help again. Highly recommend!”

“They created an amazingly creative BD cake which was exactly I imaged!! To be honest, my cake was damaged while it had been delivered,, however, the staff was very communicative and thoughtful. They gave us a big discount to compensate this issue so now I'm happy to order another cake from them for my kids next birthday!!”

“I ordered a Victoria sponge birthday cake for my friend’s birthday. My order was taken immediately and I got a receipt as soon as I’d paid. I could specify a delivery date and address and time that suited me. The cake looked exactly like the photo (beautiful!) online and tasted AMAZING. All my friends loved it. “We had to make a last minute cancellation for an order because our trip to London to celebrate a friends birthday was interrupted by the corona endemic. My baker who had been excellent with communication and personalizing our cake even offering to deliver gave us a full refund!!! Superb service. Cannot wait to reschedule trip and savor their fare!!!!”

“I ordered two Letters Eat Cakes which were fantastic, not only visually but in taste as well. Both phone and email communication with My Baker were great and I was able to get two different toppings for the cakes. The baker herself phoned me the day before to discuss some final details and delivery - and the cakes arrived exactly on time on the day. Highly recommended.”
