“I have never used my baker before but I was really impressed with the service and cake ordered. The cake was for my mums 60th birthday and she is dairy and gluten free. I was very surprised to find an online bakery that provided beautiful cakes that were both dairy and gluten free! The quality of the cake was really good and everyone commented on how amazing it tasted. My mum was so happy with it. Really handy that you got to pick a 4 hour window and then I received another text on the day starting a rough time they’d be there which was really helpful. If we needed any more special occasion cakes I would definitely order from my baker again, thank you!”

“Last time I ordered from My Baker was in 2018 and the service was exceptional. This time I had my order a few months ago and the quality of the cake and decor was just so poor. The name and icing was wiped out and the flavours on the cake were bland. Just was not worth the price paid at all.”

“I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. The boxes smelt like someone's fried dinner and the cupcakes were all different sizes with two or three of them being ridiculously small. I contacted the my baker team and was assured the baker would be spoken to on Monday but I never heard anything else after that. This was my first order and sadly my last. Waste of money.”

“A short review is not enough really as words cannot describe how epic the cake was. Every little detail that my wife and I wanted was meticulously applied and modeled exactly the way we imagined! Cannot recommend enough!”

“My Baker delivered the most amazing birthday cake to a restaurant in London for my husbands birthday. I asked for the Bueno cake to have Kit Kats on instead, which they were very happy to do. Amazing cake, tasted delicious and my husband was very happy .. thank you”

“A week in advance, I ordered a large vegan Victoria sponge cake for my daughter's 30th birthday celebration weekend. My order was delivered bang on time by the baker herself and was very well packaged. Advice was given as to how to keep the cake looking good for its long journey from Basingstoke to Bath. On the day the cake still looked wonderful and tasted absolutely great, being beautifully moist and with just the right amount of sweetness. A huge hit all round! I would certainly recommend My Baker based on this experience.”
