“Super fast service and great engraving. I ordered this as a last minute keepsake for my son's 21st birthday and requested engraving. It arrived in 3 days (1st class post) - beautifully engraved and packaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending.”

We are sorry you have had an issue with one of our items. Tarnish is a natural process and we see this a lot at this time of year when it is hot. Please give it a clean in a silver dip like 'Goddards' and it will come up as new.

“The item I bought was well priced, extremely beautiful (much better in person than on the pictures), good quality and the engraving was amazing! I didn't realise that the chain was a separate cost to the one advertised for the pendant, but wasn't a massive issue. The chain was also too short for my friend, but this was my own fault. But the process of contacting you was easily to get a simple reply and was able to send back to change the change to a longer one. Just waiting on you contacting me! Very good experience :)”

“The bracelet is going to be returned as the ring which holds the pendant has come apart after 2 days and it is clear that the quality and strength is not good enough for what it is designed to do.”
