“Cannot fault customer service at all and would have given a good or very good rating but product still not 100% even after I had to send it back. Ordered an engraved dogtag St Christopher with the upgraded anti tarnish finish and was extremely pleased as it only took a couple of days to arrive from ordering. Upon opening though I was disappointed as it was scuffed around the bottom edge. Phoned the company immediately and I emailed them a photo. They responded very promptly, apologising saying they are unsure how this could of happened as items are checked prior to despatch and they would polish it up if I sent it back and refund my postage. I did this and again was really surprised how quick I received it back and had an email saying my postage had been refunded. 10 out of 10 for customer service and the product is a lot better than it was, polished up lovely but it's still not perfect and I can still see a few scuffs and haven't got time to send it back again. Overall ok and would buy again.”

“Amazingly quick dispatch and delivery, despite adding engraving. Ordered late at night, arrived next possible post. St. Christopher itself is exactly as described, it's a good weight and looks elegant. The engraving looks very professional; cleanly written and well laid out. Overall, I have to say it was probably the most impressive web order I've had in recent months.”

“Ordered a silver St Christopher key ring for my daughter as she is off travelling. Was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time as I had left it until the last minute and only ordered a few days before her departure date, shouldn't have worried, it arrived the next day. Not only is the key ring perfect but the packaging is lovely too, really pleased.”
