“I made an order, but made an error on the personalization. did not realize till the item had been engraved and sent out. I made another order for the same article with the correct personalization, and having seen this, My St Christopher refunded me approx. 50% of the original after I had sent the incorrect item back to them. Outstanding customer service.”

“I was looking to buy a st Christoper for my boyfriend who is in the military and will be going away for around 6 months soon. He already had a necklace I wanted him to be able to put this on to, so I needed to get a loop big enough for his necklace. A lady named Suzanne was extremely helpful and helped me to change the size of the loop in order to fit his necklace. This was a really special present and my boyfriend was delighted with it. Can't thank you enough for all your help!”

“It is an 18th birthday gift for my grandson, who has just been accepted into the navy. The quality is very good and the writing plain to read. I received it within 2 days of ordering with no delivery charge. Thank you so much”

“I felt that not only was the pendent poor quality with sharp edges that were not described but the writing on the back was not visible to the naked eye!!!...it was not deep enough into the metal to be readable. I was unable to send it back as my son has now gone travelling but I was very very disappointed”

Hello our items are diamond engraved so are very deep. When you receive the item the engraving is fresh and the item has been polished so can look light, but within a few wears you will be able to see the true depth. With regards to the sharp edges we are not sure what the issue is none of the other items have this, we would have been able to offer an exchange had you contacted us. “The inscription I asked for could have been done slightly deeper into the pendant, it is very thinly written. On the whole it does not look worth the price I paid. My son thought it was about £150.00.”
