Hello when you receive your item is has just been highly polished so it can be difficult to see the writing on some of the products where the back is polished too, but within one wear it will be more visible. We engrave with a diamond so it will last a lifetime.

“The St Christopher itself was lovely Nice and solid. Good design. Nut it was the engraving of the name on the back i was dissappointed in. I am not sure of it just was the text i chose but you could hardly see or make out what was engraved.”

“The pendant and chain was purchased for a colleague who was going travelling, and as St Christopher is the patron saint of travellers, I felt it to be very apt. It arrived exactly when it said it would, presentation was beautiful, and pendant and necklace itself were gorgeous, and very keenly priced. It was so well received, and have travelled the world as I write. Thank you St Christopher of London. A very satisfied customer. :-)”

“The key rings were exactly what I wanted they were excellent quality the inscription was good and the packaging box was very smart. I was very pleased with the purchase as they were a gift and they arrived in the post the day after I ordered them.Overall I was extremely pleased with the product and the service I received.”

“Reverse was just as I expected but the front was a complete disappointment. You can hardly make out the St Christopher and the child. I was devastated as was a gift which I had to give I after just having major surgery I was unable to get anything else in time. I will not purchase from here again, although a refund was offered it would have meant someone going away without a special gift I wanted them to have. Will certainly look for a betterone to replace it with in the future.”

We inspected the item and found it not to be faulty, but customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we offered a replacement, exchange or refund as a gesture of goodwill.
