“I found the process unnecessarily taxing for example the requirement to list all work experience rather than just relevant experience. As well as being asked to account for every period where I was not in education or work e.g. time between 6th form and university or a month period between jobs.”

“I know this isn't the fault of mynewterm but pretty much every job I have applied for on here has had the incorrect start date, or has later changed their start date. I think there needs to be a way that this doesn't happen as it wastes my time and receiving rejections is extremely demotivating.”
