“It’s a long winded difficult application process where even if you’ve completed questions or sections it doesn’t move forward and you have to spend double triple the time going back over everything to press complete and tick boxes”

“It was relatively simple and easy to fill in. Can filter locations and find jobs that match your skillset. I haven't used the talent pool feature but I think it would be useful if you have a specific school you'd like to work to in mind. I like the updates you get on your application process and what needs to be done. I like the User Interface and it's pretty good overall.”

“I've been kicked back from every job application I've applied for through this website with the same copy/paste of 'so many candidates and can't give feedback to everyone' email. The irony of that same website asking me for my feedback is beyond laughable.”

“It’s a wonderful system. Applications take a third of the time and for older applicants like me, who have had a few jobs and qualifications only have to input them once. I love the ability to search for jobs, but also the ability to change the personal statement. I also really like the update facility, never lose an email. It’s fantastic and all educational establishments should use it as they would probably get more applicants due to time saving.”

“Very efficient - no more filling in multiple applications - it saves your master copy for you to tweak for every application thereafter. One gripe - make it clearer that some references will be taken up prior to interview. The tick box on here is minuscule and I nearly dropped a clanger by having my ex boss bothered before of even pre-warmed him.”
