“I found it easy to make an application using saved data. It was simple to update and simple to add a personal statement, although it didnt always save it fully, so it is worth writing it in word first, refining it and only adding to it when fully completed.”

“I have applied for roles however your online form insists on criteria that I could not fullfil, not because I did not have suitable related experience, but because I could not supply two referees and their email addresses. Not Everyone has email so my referee could not give me one!! Also one referee had to cover the past 3 years and due to covid and ill health I have had to register with the DHSS during this time period who do not provide a reference and you probably would not accept it anyway. Alternatively what if I had been a mum and returning work or self employed and as a consequence could not give a previous employer as referee. Your online application process stopped the application as a consequence even though I may have otherwise been an ideal candidate!!”
