“Although the idea sounds nice and I am satisfied by the way the system is built up, the problem is (as with other similar websites), that when you only use this webside to apply for 2 jobs (as I did, simply because there are not that many schools that are not too far away from where I live, that are part of MyNewTerm, you do not save THAT much time.”

“I found the experience of using MyNewTerm very long and tedious, particularly as my whole work experiences spanned many years. Although the application was very time consuming, I went to great lengths to highlight my relative administrative experience within the Education Sector and so was surprised to not even be offered an interview, despite the job description stating no experience necessary for that particular role.”

“The application process wasn’t stressful although detailed. I was happy that I didn’t have to fill a new application for each application. Everything is well organised and so straightforward. Job opportunities in my local area would automatically alert me. My new term would support through every aspect of application including reminders to complete things you have started.
