“What a great company, It was so easy to order and my items arrived within a few days, all present and correct. The items I ordered are fantastic, I'd been searching everywhere so really delighted when I came across them here and prices very reasonable.”

“Gorgeous Kathe Kruse doll (Arianna Child of Fortune) which will be played with and loved by my 5 year old daughter for years to come (and maybe some grandchildren if I'm lucky!) Absolutely top quality and such attention to detail - the hair feels very real, the clothes are wonderful. We love the fact that she has a soft body. Her face is beautiful. Thank you - my daughter adores her. Bought a few items of clothes not in the KK range but the Heless range to fit the doll and they are much loved too; a yellow raincoat and a green daisy summer dress. The MDBF hairbrush we've stopped using as we feel it is damaging the hair, so that was a bit of a shame. Also as we are using the doll and playing with it, it would have been good to have more photos ahead of purchase. Just one photo for such a big purchase (for us anyway!) was a bit scary. I did email and ask for more photos but I was told this wasn't possible. But overall - thank you, German toys are the best! Such top quality and made to last.”

“Excellent customer service. Communication is excellent. Where there are offers/ limited stock they make it fair to all. Delivery is spot on and if there are delays they keep you informed. Despite the fact they deliver all over the world you feel they bother to know their customers and respond individually. Prices and stock are second to none. Be you a collector, or a doting adult, or someone saving up their pocket money they are the first choice for many.”

“When I enquired about the measurements of the little carry cot I was interested in I was told they could not supply this information. Disappointing, didn't seem a big ask to me. Came in poly bag could easily have been measured without removal.”

Dear Carolyn, We are not unwilling to help customers as you imply by your review, but there are certain requests that we decline due to work commitments. We always try to find a balance between enough information and a workable solution. There are thousands of items in stock in the warehouse and it would be easy to measure any of them using a tape measure, just as it would be easy to photograph any item (and we get asked to measure and photograph doll products every day). However, if we agreed to requests for measurements for everyone of such things as doll carry cots, doll shoes, doll clothes, length of doll hair etc., we would be placing a lot of strain on the warehouse staff and it would severely impede the core services as a business we provide that customers value, such as reliable customer service, speed of shipment and of course sourcing of great products, just to mention a few. We definitely feel there was a fair amount of good information offered in this product's description. The doll carry cot you purchased was described as suiting a doll up to 28cm in length, and we explained it would therefore not be much longer than this. We would say if you have now measured the carry cot and think it would be helpful to others you could send us the measurements and we would include it in our description somewhere, except that you were lucky enough to purchase the very last one of these beautiful carry cots and it is now out of stock and discontinued.
