“I discovered My Doll Best Friend about two years ago and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Yes, there is a wide range of stock, and yes, communication about orders is excellent and yes, delivery is swift. You would expect that from any good web based retailer. The difference with My Best Friend is the owner. Maxine is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all her products; they are described in detail on the website so that you know exactly what you're getting and they are beautifully wrapped for despatch. She really cares that you are happy with what you buy and has been very helpful to my husband when he has asked for present suggestions for me. Nothing is too much trouble. In an age where it seems that 'personal service' is something that has long been abandoned, especially by internet businesses, it is wonderful to find a company which combines all the modern benefits of internet shopping with an ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.”

“As a doll lover, I can only say that visiting the My Doll Best Friend site is a total delight! The variety and quality of products, and the value offered are amazing and it is also wonderful to see all the gallery photos and read the blog and information pages as they give so many helpful details when deciding on a purchase. The customer service is second to none with orders arriving speedily and beautifully packaged and it is a joy to have such friendly and personal communication with Maxine and all her team. “Have recently made a couple of purchases of dolls and accessories with you and would just like to say how pleased I was with your service,not only with speed of delivery but also with packaging, my goods have been prettily wrapped in pink tissue and sensibly packed in sturdy boxes which have arrived without delay.Thankyou.”

“From my first order great attention went into making sure all my items were packed well and everything was in order. The hand written notes in each package are a nice touch. Quality of the dolls and accessories is awesome as well as the service. Any issue gets worked out personally and quickly. The extras are a super bonus and bring a smile to my daughters and my face. Shipping is excellent ! Very quick and never damaged or careless. I've found that prices including shipping for things from My Doll Best friend are often cheaper than just buying something similar from a shop here in the US. I keep returning mostly because of excellent personalized service . It really does matter.”

“I have bought from My Doll Best Friend several times now and they are usually my first port of call when I'm looking for something dolly related. It is only the poor exchange rate at the moment which prevents me from buying more from them! I have always found all my enquiries to be answered in a very friendly and timely fashion. My purchases have been sent out very quickly and any 'special' requests from me have always been accommodated without any problem whatsoever. I would definitely recommend, without hesitation, My Doll Best Friend to anyone looking for a good buying experience!”

“I always find My doll best friend very easy to use. Their internet set up is clear - dolls, dolls clothes, accessories etc. Once into the chosen area it is simple to find what you want (or to know that what you want is not on offer - in my case, clothes to fit a small doll. Very good service once the choice is made.”
