“Amazing service. After my order being out of stock, I wasn’t in a rush so was willing to wait until it was in stock. I was kept up to date when my parcel would be expected, when they received it and when it was packaged and posted. After a mistake in order (no fault of their own, was supplier who sent different style of doll) they sent me out exactly what I was looking for. Amazing service & great customer service team who replied within couple hours and sorted the problem immediately. Will definitely be ordering again! :) - not to mention how stunning the product was.”

“Узнала о магазине случайно. Искала возможность заказать Свенью из Стокгольма (кукла готц) и мне подсказали Ваш сайт. К сожалению куклу заказать не удалось, но приобрела восхитительную Блайз (ледяная кукла)Сайт очень продуман. Выбирать товар удобно. Фотографии позволяют максимально точно увидеть кукол и аксессуары. При оплате трудностей не возникло. Товар был доставлен курьером в удобное. Кукла надёжно упакована. Товар полностью соответствует описанию и характеристикам указанным в описании.
