“It’s my second time purchasing various doll items from MyDollBestFriend and once again it was a brilliant shopping experience. I’m very pleased with the customer service and delivery times - just 10 days from UK to Denmark during the busy Christmas-New Year Holiday (during non-holiday periods it’s usually 5-6 days). To both my orders a ‘little’ extra gift had been added as well as some personal notes from the staff. All items are always packed up neat and tidy and well protected and the parcels are clearly marked ‘Fragile’ when there’s a doll inside to help ensuring a safe journey through the postal services. So far I haven’t had much need for email correspondence, but when I do have they always gives informative and helpful replies. Another big plus is the detailed order-info, updates on your order status and the track-and-trace option. The homepage itself is a gold digger’s paradise for doll aficionados, easy to navigate through and with an impressive amount of doll info and product descriptions. On top of that they are always a step ahead when it comes to the latest doll-news. Good service is sometimes hard to get by these days, but not here. They are willing to go (or maybe I should say run….) that extra mile or two to ensure that their customers get exactly what they are looking for. I will definitely recommend MDBF to everybody who is into the dolly world.”

“I bought the doll as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It was the last chance after the long browsing of many brick and mortar shops, where I was desperately looking for a "very-very pretty doll" - that was the unique clue in the letter to Santa :-) I was really lucky, when I found this site featuring these fabulous products. The service is really great. The before Christmas delivery was surprisingly fast. The doll itself met all the beneficiary's requirements and expectations. My daughter loves it. I found the quality really good and the doll is looking almost alive, although in reality she's a bit slimmer than on the photo on the site. Thank you.”

“Always excellent service, top rate products and speedy delivery! Have received Las Reinas Sandra doll and am itching to start making a wardrobe for her. Other dolls already in the queue are nearly sorted, so not long now to start her clothes. So very pleased to be able to buy a nude doll - a plain canvas to bring an individual character to life.
