“Friendly and helpful costumer service. Maxine was outstanding, patient, and quick to help with a couple issues that arose during the buying process. Shipping was fast, but the shipping box was very flimsy leaving it and the doll's box battered in transit. Luckily, the doll was in perfect shape despite the rough journey, so I am overall quite happy with my experience and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“I have nothing but good to say about my experience with My Doll Best Friend Ltd. The level of customer service is well above what is expected. For example, I saved 25% on the shipping of my most recent order because I was contacted and told that the cost was due to the size of one box. The contents were repackaged. I would not have thought about this option if I had not been contacted. Many, many thanks!”
