“Delivery by UPS was oké, but it will be the last time an order a chosen doll because the import taxes to NL is €65 which makes the doll more expensive unfortunately.”

“I am a buyer from Greece. I am thrilled that you decided to send your beautiful dolls to Greece and you are doing an excellent job in terms of shipping time and packaging.Those who made me mad were the UPS courier who asked me for duties for two dolls of 95 euros in two packages 84 euros for each package, 84X2, while I know well from purchases through the post office that these costs are 30 euros for each package, 30X2 i.e.30% on the price of the product. So I would like to request you to send the things by mail with tracking number and even better all your dolls are in your other store in eu.Many Thanks.”

“The doll is lovely buy it is advertised to come with pacifier, it didn’t, and we only noticed when opening it on Xmas day as it was a Santa present, slightly disappointing for the child.”

“Dear sirs, In November 2024, I participated in the Chosen Ayelet doll raffle. I managed to win my coveted doll, and my joy knew no bounds. After paying for Ayelet, I waited for her arrival. It should be noted that My Doll Best Friends informed me about all the stages of parcel delivery and I received my doll shortly before the New Year, as promised, which I was very happy about. The Chosen Ayelet was packed with high quality in an additional tight shipping box and delivered without any damage. Ayelet is a wonderful, very beautiful doll! Everything is perfect in it - the appearance, the quality of materials and workmanship, beautiful eyes, excellent hair stitching, and a great outfit. The harmonious combination of hair color, vinyl, eyes and lips make Chosen Ayelet another star in my collection. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the manufacturer and the store for their professional work. I hope to have the opportunity to purchase dolls from the Chosen series in the future. “Спасибо за куклу, хороший магазин, жаль, что придется в будущем отказаться скорее всего. Очень большие налоги при растаможке. Стоимость куклы с доставкой 180 €, плюс 48€ на таможне :(”
