“I am honored to have been picked for the Chosen event. The communication was quick and friendly. My only negative experience was with the shipping, my package came damaged through to the very box containing the doll. I don’t believe she was harmed but the box is beyond destroyed and I am unable to display it :(”

“I try to find the items I need locally (I'm in the USA) but when I cannot, My Doll Best Friend is where I find items for my Gotz Happy Kidz, especially shoes/accessories. They are always willing to combine shipping to make the least expensive option, and my packages have always arrived within a reasonable amount of time, well packaged, and intact, with accurate tracking. I keep a shopping cart open, and then when I buy a doll, the smaller items usually ship along with it for little to no extra cost. Customer service is excellent! The quality, selection, and ability to pre-order a lot of items is important to me.”
