“I have purchased from My Doll Best Friend now quite a few times. They are super quick to deliver..Very helpful and so very friendly to deal with. She will send your item in double quick time. As soon as your order is in, it is processed. Updates are sent daily , so you are able to track your package. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it. No problem.”

“Really good selection of dolls and all their outfits and accessories. As complete outfits can be quite expensive I like to design and make my own for friends children etc. but shoes are always a problem so it was brilliant to find such a great selection of various dolls footwear available to purchase. I was impressed with the way I was kept informed once my order was placed and I knew what state it was at right up to despatch. The parcel arrived within a couple of days of notification of despatch and I was pleased with the quality of the items ordered. I will be ordering again very soon as there was so much on offer to delight little girls.”

“I ordered Gotz Happy Kidz Clara 2016. She is absolutely gorgeous, and the shipping was unbelievably fast, only a week from the UK to Colorado, US! Clara is stunning, and I'm very happy with her.”

“My order was a pair of glasses for a doll, 3-4 inches x 1 and laid flat so could have fitted even being bubble wrapped inside a small envelope. They box they arrived in was too large to fit through my letterbox and as I was out when they were delivered I had to go to the post office to collect.”

We packaged your glasses in a Royal Mail large letter box which is designed to go through a standard letterbox, whilst providing adequate protection for the doll glasses in transit. I can see from the tracking information that we emailed to you on 25th January when the parcel was dispatched, that it will be with you tomorrow.
