“As soon as I placed the order, I was kept fully informed of dispatch etc. The items arrived beautifully presented, and well protected for shipment, and therefore arrived in perfect order. Will definitely use again, and will definitely recommend to other shoppers.”

“I certainly have been very pleased with this company and the dolls I received. The company even went above and beyond with a partial refund on a large purchase because I had made a mistake in the currency conversion and suffered sticker shock. I have also been very pleased with the personable communication with these people. They have made my experience with them very pleasant. I will certainly purchase again as soon as I can afford the items I am wishing for among their doll selections. Kathleen Hiler”

“My daughter has been delighted with the doll and all the clothes we bought from My Doll best friend. The service has always been good, deliveries have arrived when they said they would and the telephone advice was helpful. The dolls clothes are expensive for what they are but always good quality. The website is well designed to help you work out which clothes and accessories will work for which doll.”

“I have purchased several Kidz n Cats dolls from My Doll Best Friend and everyone has arrived fast and safe. Each doll has been absolutely perfect!! No wonky eyes, no crushed boxes and nothing missing. Love their attention to detail and fast professional service. I have had a doll on back order too and communication was amazing. “Whenever I have bought items from My Doll Best Friend for my daughter's ever growing collection of dolls the service has been excellent. I have also emailed Maxine on a few occasions to ask advice with respect to purchases etc and she has always responded promptly and been happy to share her expertise. Overall an excellent site with proper old fashioned customer service! I would always recommend to others.”

“The Gotz Luisa Doll that I purchased was a beautiful, well made doll. The speed of shipping was quick and DHL delivery was excellent. “Maxine is a wonderful Lady to work with! I ordered a Kidz n Cats Marina doll as a gift, and I received her very promptly in the US. Shipping is very fast! Also, packaging is excellent and the outer wrap is now pink waterproof plastic, so in case of rain, the dolly won't get wet. I have nothing but the highest regard for My Doll Best Friend and Maxine! Order with confidence - you will not be disappointed!”
