“I want to say thank you to the store for the opportunity to purchase Gotz limit dolls! I made two purchases in this store - Isla and Honor, both times parcels came to Russia very quickly. The dolls are packed reliably, which guarantees their safety during shipment. I really like this store. I will definitely buy in this store again!”

“Everything arrived safely and in good order. The products are beautifully made. Placing the order was easy, although it involved signing up for a drawing for a limited number of an item. I think this method for allotting who gets a doll is a good one.”

“Great customer service. Our beautiful doll was bought 6 years (!) before my daughter was old enough for it, and waited carefully boxed in a cupboard. After the 6 years wait, its head broke off the first time it was brushed, and was not only repaired for free, but returned in a hospital gown. Happy daughter!”
