“the most wonderful doll shop ever. Needed a quick delivery for my daughters birthday and I live in the states, it came within 2 business days, I couldn't believe it. Communication was incredible and actually so nice to make friends with the owner, she's so lovely. Old fashioned customer service with rapid up to date delivery and mail systems. Cant get better than that.”

“I BOUGHT STARLETTE COPPELIA BALLERINA AND STARLETTE TATIANA I WAS EXREMLEY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. MAXINE FROM MY DOLLS BEST FRIEND WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS. THEY ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND PACKED LOVELY. THE HAND PAINTED FACES ARE BEAUTIFUL THEIR HAIR IS LOVELY NICE AND THICK. COLOUR OF VINYL IS VERY NICE AND THEIR OUTFITS ARE GORGEOUS. “This was my third purchase from MDBF and once again I can’t complain about the service or the quality of the products. Usually I’m quite determined on which products I want, so not much need for a lot of emails, but when I do email Maxine always returns quickly with fulfilling answers. This time it took a bit longer than usual to receive the parcel here in Denmark but Maxine told me, this year some parcels to mainland Europe have been delayed by the postal services. However, I received my parcel in perfect condition and the goodies inside made my 18 inch ‘girls’ jump in the air full of joy. It’s only a matter of time before I’m on my fourth purchase………”

“Ordered two sets of clothes for Paola Reina Las Amigas doll, both very reasonably priced; shipping was also very reasonable and arrived quickly given that it was an international delivery. Order was placed on the 13th of June and the items were delivered on the 28th of June, 2016. Since these are official clothing sets, the quality is what you would expect from Paola Reina, and I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service from My Doll Best Friend. These are gifts for my daughter to go with the Liu doll that Nana gave her last year, so I am very happy to have found an honest vendor to obtain additional clothing from.”

“As usual very speedy delivery in a suitable packaging. Packaging is both sturdy and also as small a size as possible to keep the postage as low as possible. The goods delivered are true to description regarding size and colour as well as in quality - as always.”

“I have used My Doll Best Friend several times now and have been satisfied with the information given confirming the order and notifying despatch of the goods. Once the order is despatched it takes a couple of days but it can be tracked so you know when to expect the delivery. I would say that the service has been very efficient.”
