“I received the doll in a EU country after almost a month and it doesn’t have features I bought it for and which are advertised on the website. It looks different to what is promised! It was meant to be an Easter present for my son, I am quite upset about it. Moreover, MDBF charged me almost £20 for delivery, but for some reason the local post office charged me the same amount upon delivery. Waiting to see if MDBF comes back with a resolution.”

“I've been shopping at MDBF since 2012. It's the place for all things dolly and adorable. My most recent doll, Edda, was sent, arrived super quick and was well packaged. I was lucky to get her in the sale. I've always found customer service very knowledgeable and helpful. A truly dependable company. I just love getting a dolly delivery ❤️”
