“Great customer service from Sam who was non-judgemental, approachable and helpful. She did everything she said she was going to do, all in a timely manner. Also Connor was great in explaining the final step and again, had a great telephone manner and so easy to talk to. Overall everyone that I spoke to was really professional and it was a quick process overall. Really looking forward to my new car next week. Thanks everyone 😀”

“I originally got a quote from Experian saying this was the cheapest company. However, when the quote came through after speaking to my car credit the quote had risen £37 per month with no proper explanation that made sence to someone who has a credit rating is in the 900s. Most of the staff were very polite, although one was quite sharp and rude which nearly made me stop the application. I needed the vehicle asap therefore continued with the application otherwise I would have pulled out. Next time I will hold out longer.”

“I used this company as per Experian's recommendation. The broker I worked with Connor Dimitrasch went above and beyond. It was always easy to get through on the phone and speak to him, everything was crystal clear and he didn't waste a second in helping me get everything through and sorted. Highly recommended on the service and speed.”
