“Looking into finance I reached out to a few companies, who in the main had poor customer service and did not listen to what I needed. I wasn't going to be an instant deal for them as I was looking for a specific spec and Model BMW and as the car is not for commuting and for pleasure only I was in no rush to buy the first car that came along. Josh was extremely understanding and diligently checked in every Friday to see how the search was going. As soon as the right car came he was on the case and throughout Josh and My car credit have been a absolute pleasure to deal with, returning phone calls updating me in where we are in the process and doing so in a cheery polite manner that was noticeable given the poor standard of other firms that were after my business. I'd though roughly recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to use them if I need car finance in the future.”
