“I was able to contact My Car Credit very easily about my application, and all advisors I spoke to were very helpful… including when I needed assistance when I had tech problems finalising my application. Communication was very good at all times, and I felt comfortable calling to get updates.. It was quick to get through to an advisor on the phone, even when they said they were busy. I didn’t feel rushed when calling and advisors had a good attitude that makes the customer feel important and comfortable.”

“Absolutely outstanding, quick, efficient & everything completed online. Seamless transaction with everything explained very well. Big shout out to Leah who kept me informed every step of the way with emails and text. I think the negative comments posted on here are most unfair and can cause others to be unnecessarily worried about their car finance offer but if your financial circumstances are questionable & they refuse your application then what do you expect, they are a broker not a lender and your credit rating is your responsibility! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, A*”
